Total Ambassador Solutions

One of your biggest costs in business is turn over. On average, $45,000 is spent on a single mid-level employee turn over. That can be a lot of red ink at the end of the year. Just three new employees can cost $135,000 in hard costs, and the soft costs of disrupted work, missed deadlines, lowered morale, and more are more difficult to recoup.

Study after study shows that providing employees with great training, workplace perks, positive culture, and a relatable executive team create the dynamics of a company that has lower turnover - and The Craig McKee can help with all of that! This is a specialized program, and not suitable for every firm.

Not 'How' but 'Why'

This results-oriented keynote creates a lasting cause to pursue and hit targets, goals, and other benchmarks.

There are many
goal-setting resources, how you keep track and monitor your goals is important, but you will loose interest if you do not have a resonating reason for the goals. Whether work based or personal, internal happiness which becomes external kindness stems from knowing that what you have done and are doing actually means something.

This keynote dives right in to the content immediately, briefly discussing the creation of goals, and then immersing the crowd in to discovering the deeper, personal reasons for the pursuit of the goals. Each member of the audience creates a personal memento to help keep the passion and drive of their goals evergreen.

Laden with interaction, clean humour, and personal stories from Craig's own life, this keynote helps drive each person to pursue personal and professional success.

All Seasons

Team work is the greatest method to elevate sales, attain goals and streamline projects, however it is often fraught with personality clashes. When those clashes become counter - productive, the costs can add up, including missed deadlines, incorrect order specs, safety concerns and even staff turnover.

Based on Vivaldi's "Four Seasons" this presentation shines a light on how to value other ideas and styles without diminishing the value or importance of alternative viewpoints.

Learning through clean wit,  and interaction, the attendees are able to change from "Competing Viewpoints" to "Comparing Viewpoints" attendees walk away freshly invigorated to celebrate themselves and others, ultimately leading to better results through better collaboration.

Thank Me Later

The most sarcastic and fun time ever had presenting to Grade 11 and 12 students! We have all heard or said "Why didn't they ever teach us this in school!?" and while this presentation can not dive deeply in to each subject, students get to hear about otherwise boring and potentially non-curriculum real world items such as job hunts, bills, taxes, insurance, and more, all presented in a cheeky, engaging, and relatable tone.

Craig's presentation is filled with magic, interaction, memes, and clean humour that brings these otherwise dull subjects to impactful light. The students also receive booklets to wreck, scribble in, forget, and probably discard. This information is the type that must be received freely, and the students are given that freedom - a relaxed and open mind is always more receptive.
